The View from my Phone: Week 21

This past week was very busy with all the paperwork to get our new house all sorted out. That's my excuse for slacking on the blog posts! But don't worry, I've got a good DIY art project coming up in a few days and another peek inside my sketchbook. Last night, I saw Rent with a couple friends at the little theatre I (sometimes) work at (middle right photo). They did a really fantastic job with it, and even though it was my fourth (!) time seeing it on stage I still cried during Without You and loved moo-ing along with Maureen during her performace. I think it'll always be one of my favourite musicals. Even though it probably sounds totally cheesy to you, I think it has such an energizing message.
