Did you know that I've been putting some of my work on Society6?
You can get art prints, canvas prints, cards, iPhone cases, iPhone skins
and laptop skins with my designs printed on them. I've been designing with
iPhone cases or skins in mind though.
I would really appreciate it if you would stop by my shop
and have a look. And if you really love me you'll set up a Society6 account
(so easy) and click the little 'promote' button on a couple of your faves!
Since I think you're so awesome, I'll let you in on a little secret. If you
click RIGHT HERE you will
get FREE shipping! But remember, you have to visit my shop via that link if
you want to be eligible for the discount.
Could this be the start of a new series? Not sure yet. I am the queen of
unfinished blog series. I can't even count how many times I've written a post
with "part 1" in the title only to never speak of it again.
Here's a little Sara trivia tidbit for ya; I love to read. I always have at
least one book on the go. I also read in kind of a strange way. If I'm not
100% engaged and loving the book, I drop it. You know
when you're really not into a book but you keep going anyways cause you feel
like it would be a waste to not finish it? Not me. I don't think reading
should be a chore, so if I'm not in love, I toss it immediately. That might
sound a little harsh or wasteful but it makes reading so enjoyable for me.
I recently finished We Need to Talk About Kevin
and all I could say after it was over was "wow". It was such an intense book.
Eva, who never really wanted to be a mother, ends up raising an evil
little monster who grows up to murder 9 people at his high school. The book
is written in the form of letters to Eva's estranged husband that she writes
after the shooting. It left me pondering the question: Are people born
evil or are they made that way by the people around them? Maybe this soothing
will help you make it through this book.
Ah, to match or to clash? Isn't that the age old question? Well maybe not, but
it is fun. Matching, while a little safe, is sure to make you look put together.
But if it's done right, adding a clashing item to your outfit can be very
trendy and fun. Why not start with something easy like your jewelry? I've
gathered up a few examples to get you started.
Purple dress, purple necklace right? I do this so often when shopping for an
outfit and there's nothing wrong it, the purple looks great, but the coral
one gives it a whole new look.
