Hey there everyone! The boys wanted to wish you a Happy St. Catrick's day... I mean Patrick's
Don't worry no beer for the kitties, just treats in that mug.
Bribery always works for kitty photo shoots.
I also bought a pair of glittery shamrock glasses, but completely failed in getting
either of them to try them on. This is literally the best shot I got.
When I was paying for the glasses the lady at the check-out noticed that the lens was broken
and insisted on getting me an undamaged pair. I wanted so badly to tell her "It's not a big
deal, I only bought them for my cats to wear." but thought that might be crossing a little
too far in to crazy cat lady territory.
Well this is a first, this week there are more dog pictures than kitty pictures here! But this
dog is special, he's a celebrity. The theatre I work at is running Legally Blonde: The
Musical right now, and that handsome man plays Bruiser! The photo in the top right is from
my DIY post on Hand Embroidered Cards and you should check it
out! Hope you all had a good week, it's been beautiful weather here in Toronto and it's
about to get even warmer. Next week will definitely be a lot of outdoor photos because I
plan on getting as much sun as possible. Also, I'll be posting another art DIY project that
you will totally love. See you soon!!

Cookies are such a yummy snack, and these vegan chocolate chip cookies are probably
the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted! I was worried because the batter
seemed a little dry when I was mixing it up, but they turned out nice and soft.
Even Marshall got interested.
I got the recipe from a lovely blog called Kirsten's Kitchen.
She has a bunch of really delicious vegan recipes, you should take a look!
Now I just need some cute dessert plates to serve them on! Like these adorable
from West Elm.
Kitty measuring cups? ...How do I not already own these??? Now that I know these cuties
exist, I don't think I can do any more baking til I get them. The adorably named
Meow for Measuring Cups
Edit: My perfectionist husband wanted me to add that it's not actually milk in that
glass, it's soy milk. Which is technically not milk. :P
Week 9 was colorful! Easter candies are out, so I ate roughly 16 bags of chocolate
eggies. I also learned that elephants are boss(y). If you look closely at the photo
of my sketchbook, you can see 2 sneaks peeks of DIY projects I've got coming up for
you on the blog. You are going to loooove them, I promise! So keep checking back.
In other exciting news: See those brand new navigation buttons at the top there?
Isn't it fun how they slide around and stuff? Well they're not just for show, those
